Tapping into the nostalgia of the former home of the DuPont Corporation and Hotel DuPont to brand this newly re-developed mixed-use space project as a place with "everything you need" within its "city within four walls". The visual notion that the building itself takes up an entire block influenced the name of the print piece, "The Frame".
